Kohnen, the dog that has a heart of Gold, my true Heart dog. Not only is he one of our best Narcotics Detection dogs but he also is a fantastic house dog. His love for children, other dogs and people is truly remarkable paired with his high natural territorial instincts of my home and vehicle.

Longing to be wherever I or my family is, he is one of the most loyal dogs I have come across, the dog that could be outside for hours while I work on the farm, happy as can be watching over myself and our other animals, always making sure he has eyes on us. 

High food drive with medium prey drive has made him one of the easiest dogs I have ever had to train, he is ALWAYS eager to work and learn, I truly believe he could learn how to do anything. 

Kohnen could play ball or go to the lake and swim all day long, but then could hangout on the couch with me when I am sick. He has never once destroyed / chewed up anything in my house - he is always left out unattended when we are not home -  and was the easiest dog to potty train / crate train with 0 separation anxeity.

We have been so incredibly blessed to have Kohnen in our lives and as my K9 partner.

He truly is my "Can do it all" dog.

We will one day breed him to continue on the incredible temperament and trainability he possess.

Until then we will be using several outside studs who we feel are as well great representations of the breed!
